You will map the onboarding funnel, run experiments, and use AI-powered personalization to deliver timely actions that accelerate value and long-term growth across partner segments.

• Solid grounding in B2B marketing or customer journey strategy, ideally in a SaaS or fintech business with measurable results.
• Experimentation is central, from clean A/B tests to scaling the wins.
• Data-driven decisions using funnel analytics, behavioural signals and propensity models.

• Ambiguity is welcomed; ship, learn and refine rather than wait for a perfect plan.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journeys across acquisition and activation for partners.
• Design and run experiments on onboarding models, offers, messaging and channel mixes.
• Build and maintain tracking, briefs and playbooks aligned with regional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to scale effective onboarding.
