Job summary

Suite Life Health & Wellness LLC seeks a Specialty Infusion Provider Liaison to develop physician partnerships and grow referrals across Merrimack Valley and Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The role focuses on access, payer navigation, and site-of-care optimization while supporting infusion services.

The ideal candidate has healthcare sales/liaison experience, strong communication, and travel capability to cover a defined regional territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare licensure and experience.
3+ years in Specialty Pharmacy, Home Infusion, Ambulatory Infusion, Healthcare Business Development, Provider Relations or Pharmaceutical Sales.
Proven ability to build provider relationships and grow business partnerships.
Willingness and ability to travel across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with specialty providers across multiple specialties.
Conduct regular in-person office visits within the assigned territory.
Educate on infusion services, therapies, referral processes, and patient access resources.
Build long-term strategic partnerships with key referral sources.
Represent Suite Life at conferences, meetings, and events.
Execute territory growth strategies and identify new provider opportunities.
Educate provider offices on referral workflows and therapy onboarding.
Collaborate with intake, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
Maintain CRM activity and territory reporting.
Develop and manage patient census reports and track referral growth goals.
