Job summary

Suite Life Health & Wellness LLC is expanding its Ambulatory Infusion Centers across the region. We seek a driven Infusion Sales Specialist to build a territory plan, educate physicians, and generate referrals from Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology and other autoimmune-focused specialties.

You will manage relationships between referring providers, patients, and the care team, navigate insurance and prior authorization needs, and help referrals transition quickly to first infusion.

Qualifications

• Established relationships and contacts within the local healthcare community strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a liaison role. Medical or physician office sales experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, and referral coordination in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or clinical degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly accountable self-starter with strong organizational skills and follow-through required. Comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key referring specialists and their staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and their staff on the benefits of referring patients to Suite Life's Ambulatory Infusion Centers; generate referrals from multiple specialties.
• Complete sales calls with medical professionals on a regular schedule for new business and nurturing of existing business.
• Develop relationships with patient support groups and community organizations; represent Suite Life at health fairs and networking events.
• Coordinate between referring providers, patients, and the Suite Life care team; assist with insurance coverage and prior authorizations; move referrals to first infusion.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions; collaborate with team to improve processes.
• Build strong relationships with Suite Life team members and drive company goals; share Suite Life story with stakeholders.
• Independently develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory plans; meet monthly referral goals and stay accountable.
• Keep detailed records of contacts, referrals, and pipeline activity in Suite Life CRM; measure results against goals.
