Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and grow client admissions across the United States. This field-based role requires building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and senior-care providers to drive sustainable growth.

You will manage a territory, generate qualified referrals, and collaborate with operations and marketing to deliver compassionate home-care services.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of business development or healthcare sales experience.
• Established professional referral network.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and work in field-based territory.
• Comfortable with CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Professional appearance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Establish, nurture, and expand long-term referral relationships.
• Identify prospective clients and partners through market outreach.
• Represent Helping Hearts at meetings and events.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Negotiate and close opportunities within leadership authority.
• Meet referral, admission, revenue, and service-hour goals.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership.
