Always Best Care Senior Services - New Braunfels is seeking a Senior Care Advocate to grow our in-home care and assisted living placement referrals by building relationships with hospitals, SNFs, home health agencies, and senior centers.

As a field-based, full-time role, you will conduct in-person meetings, deliver persuasive presentations, manage a strong pipeline in our CRM, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client transitions and service options.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years in sales/marketing with healthcare or senior services experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills — ability to interact with a wide range of personalities in various settings.
• Excellent planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Strong presentation skills and proven sales results, including closing/asking for business.
• Creative and self-driven with problem-solving and good judgment.
• Experience in small teams or startup environments; adaptable to change.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers to generate referrals.
• Identify, research, and pre-qualify potential referral sources and accounts.
• Meet with decision-makers in person to promote Always Best Care services and demonstrate value.
• Follow up on leads, conduct intake calls, and schedule assessments for prospective clients.
• Create and deliver personalized service proposals and assist clients with placement options.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly progress reports to leadership.
• Represent Always Best Care at networking events and community engagements to promote the brand.
