Job summary

hireneXus is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to lead our Aftermarket Sales segment. The role blends field support, solution selling, and customer engagement across equipment upgrades and service offerings.

You will travel 25–35% in North America, work closely with Engineering and Service teams, read drawings, assess installations, and prepare technical quotes that reflect site conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or field service sales.
• Experience with aftermarket, capital equipment, or site-based support.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for aftermarket needs including service parts and upgrades.
• Conduct onsite visits, assessments, and field walk-throughs for opportunities.
• Provide technical recommendations based on equipment condition and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Prepare accurate quotes reflecting scope and field conditions.
