Based in the Saint Petersburg/Tampa region, it offers a full-time schedule with travel between client sites and evenings or weekends as needed, in line with Florida market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of security, supervisory, or related experience.
• Active Florida Class D Security License or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise unarmed security personnel across multiple sites.
• Ensure all shifts are covered and respond to call-offs or coverage gaps.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure post order compliance.
• Review daily reports and incident documentation for accuracy.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Serve as a point of contact for client needs and site concerns.
• Support compliance with Florida licensing and company standards.
