Qualifications

• Proven success in outside/B2B sales, ideally in benefits/insurance.
• Experience mentoring/training sales reps in the field.
• Strong presentation skills for 1:1 and groups of 20–75+.
• Organized, process-driven mindset with system adherence.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven coaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dependable outside sales producer in your assigned territory.
• Deliver professional benefit presentations to business owners and employee groups.
• Conduct ride-alongs, debriefs, role-plays, and field coaching for new reps.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and short coaching modules.
• Collaborate with leadership to set activity goals and improve conversions.
• Maintain your client portfolio while supporting team growth and retention.
