Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services is expanding its Workers' Compensation Case Management team in the Northern Virginia area. This field-based RN Case Manager role blends a home-office setting (about 40%) with local travel (about 60%) to medical appointments and client sites.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and strive to maintain manageable caseloads and travel radii to deliver high-quality care without overextension.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; will consider Associate degree in Nursing with related case management experience.
• 3+ years of nursing experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, Trauma, or Occupational Health.
• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Comfortable with day-to-day computer use for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Injured Workers, Treatment Providers, and the Case Management Team using medical management guidelines.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and adjust care plans to facilitate safe, timely return to work.
• Keep cases moving safely and efficiently using established guidelines.
