Job summary

Finance of America is seeking a Reverse Mortgage Sales professional to source and close loans by meeting clients in homes and workplaces, and by building a broad referral network. You will manage territory marketing strategies and execute them with support from the Area Sales Manager, aiming to fund multiple loans monthly while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes outside-office activity, field-based sales, and ongoing pipeline management, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with Reverse Mortgage Sales.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in public speaking and delivering high-impact presentations to large groups.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training.
• Outside-office sales focus with field activities and client meetings as baseline.
• Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sells the loan products by meeting and calling on clients, referral sources, realtors, and business prospects at homes, workplaces, or other social settings away from any office.
• Manages sales opportunities and develops a marketing strategy for the assigned territory.
• Performs execution of that strategy with guidance from the Area Sales Manager.
• Demonstrates ability to fund a minimum of 2.5 Reverse Mortgage loans per month.
• Produces high-quality loans meeting Reverse Mortgage guidelines with superior customer service.
• Solicits Reverse Mortgages from various sources including community programs, attorneys, healthcare organizations, financial professionals, past customers, and more.
• Manages personal pipeline production and achieves production goals.
• Resolves problems relating to closing and funding of loans.
• Follows company standards for integrity, client focus, teamwork, and respect in every interaction.
• Exhibits urgency in the execution of all job functions and duties.
