The role requires 5+ years of reverse mortgage experience, a proven sales record, and proficiency with Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base with commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reverse mortgage sales experience.
• Strong track record meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Impeccable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Salesforce or CRM alike, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with an assigned Account Executive to grow our business and strengthen broker relationships.
• Meets all KPIs monthly.
• Tracks and follows up on accounts, prospects, and sales processes in existing reporting templates.
• Collaborates with operations to address broker questions during loan processes.
• Assesses market trends and industry dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Develops presentations and action plans for new relationships.
• Participates in major industry events and maintains visibility as needed.
• Delivers regular reporting on tasks performed and upcoming priorities.
• Maintains integrity in all client dealings and performs other duties as assigned.
