Property Masters in Florida is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, scheduling, and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will lead on-site operations with field autonomy, tackle challenges, and drive timely project delivery in a fast-paced, mentor‑driven environment. The company provides a vehicle, tools, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
• Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client’s scope of work.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on‑site visits for open projects; provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
• Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks—and deliver effective, timely solutions.
