Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and read plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and manage timelines and permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee subcontractors and keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site visits and provide updates.
