Job summary

Property Masters is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects in the Woodstock, GA area. You will drive progress on each site, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, field presence, and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. The compensation package includes a $75,000 base salary with a lucrative quarterly bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Knowledge of local/state building codes and permitting.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on client scope.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines and permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site visits and provide updates to teams and clients.
• Identify challenges and deliver timely, effective solutions.
