Syneos Health is seeking a Research Nurse (Per Diem) to support trials in the Vancouver, WA area. The role involves handling trial procedures, data collection, and patient care under GCP guidelines.

The candidate will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with the project manager and site team. Prior nursing experience in clinical trials and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• GCP-certified with clinical trials experience.
• Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable.
• Experience with Venepuncture and ECG preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day trial activities as per protocol and SOPs.
• Communicate with RN project manager, site staff and PI to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs and data protection rules.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other required meetings.
• Coordinate patient visits and trial procedures, ensuring data collection per protocol.
• Administer trial medication and manage storage and accountability as per SOPs.
• Process and dispatch samples, liaising with courier services as required.
• Assist in identifying eligible patients and support recruitment for trials.
• Report adverse events promptly and follow up as needed.
