Job summary

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Research Nurse (Per Diem) to support trials in the Vancouver, WA area. You will work on-site, following trial protocols, maintaining data integrity and ensuring patient safety under GCP guidelines.

Candidates should be a registered nurse with at least 2 years post-qualification experience, with preferred experience in venipuncture and ECG. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for coordinating visits and data collection.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
• GCP certification and research/trials experience.
• Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable.
• Venipuncture and ECG experience preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Fully conversant with trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF, SOPs and timelines for day-to-day trial running.
• Communicate effectively with RNPM, site staff and PI to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs and data protection standards.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other project meetings as required.
• Coordinate subject visit scheduling and ensure protocol-adherent procedures and data collection.
• Administer trial medication and manage storage and accountability of medication.
• Dispatch samples and liaise with courier services per project requirements.
• Assist in identifying eligible patients and support recruitment for trials.
• Report adverse events and SUSARs to the site team and RNPM.
