Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Research Nurse (Per Diem) to support clinical trials in Ogden, UT. This role requires a licensed RN with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience and knowledge of GCP, with duties spanning visit coordination, data collection, and patient safety reporting.

The position entails administering trial medications, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure protocol compliance and high-quality trial conduct.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
• Research and clinical trials experience with GCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable.
• Experience and knowledge of clinical nursing skills such as Venepuncture and ECG preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative in a team within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Good working knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocol, CRFs/eCRF, and SOPs to run the trial daily.
• Communicate with RNPM, site staff, and PI to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs, safeguarding confidentiality.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other meetings as required.
• Coordinate visits and ensure protocol‑compliant procedures and data collection.
• Administer trial medication per protocol and manage storage/transfer.
• Package and ship samples with couriers per project requirements.
• Identify eligible patients and support recruitment for trials.
• Report adverse events and SUSARs to the team; follow up as needed.
• Report misconduct or fraud to Illingworth and associated companies.
