Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth with commercial builders, contractors, and property managers. You will develop regional strategies, close new business, and nurture long-term relationships while collaborating with operations and project teams.

Requires 3+ years in outside sales or territory management, Bachelor's degree preferred, and ability to travel. Compensation includes up to $100,000 base salary plus bonus potential and a full benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
• Experience selling to commercial builders, contractors, or property managers is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to build new business relationships and manage sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, prospect, and close opportunities with commercial builders, contractors, and property managers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and customer meetings across the region.
