Job summary

One of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to start in October. The role involves delivering Level 3 apprenticeship training in Manchester, with travel to learners and extensive field coaching.

Qualifications

• Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience.
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and coaching in the field.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching onsite in Manchester for apprentices.
• Travel to apprentices in their workplace and run coaching sessions.
• Support learners to meet milestones and qualifications.
• Manage your caseload and ensure timely progress and deadlines.
• Plan and manage your diary effectively.
• Provide feedback and capture evidence for Ofsted and funding requirements.
