Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Referral Marketing Specialist to cover the San Francisco and Napa-Sonoma markets. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in referral marketing, field marketing, physician liaison, provider relations, business development, healthcare sales, or related field.
• Experience building and managing provider, referral partner, or B2B relationships.
• Experience independently managing an assigned geographic territory.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with healthcare providers and office staff.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, basic analytics and reporting platforms.
• Experience creating basic marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with referring providers throughout the San Francisco and Napa-Sonoma territory, including general dentists, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and other oral health professionals.
• Develop and execute targeted referral marketing and provider outreach strategies to increase patient referrals.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to referring provider offices throughout the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop relationships with new referring providers and prospective referral partners.
• Strengthen engagement and retention among existing referring provider relationships.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lunch-and-learns, provider education programs, office visits, presentations, and other relationship-building events.
• Partner with surgeons, practice teams, and internal stakeholders to understand referral goals and develop strategies to support practice growth.
• Monitor referral activity and territory performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
