Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for our Ready-Mix division. You will pursue new business, build relationships with contractors and customers, and drive growth in the local concrete market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; concrete industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders; evaluate projects and bids.
• Conduct regular sales calls to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Grow market share in the local concrete market; monitor trends and pricing.
• Collaborate with QA, operations, and sales teams to meet specs and delivery.
• Deliver presentations and educate customers on concrete production and QA.
• Prepare timely reports and adhere to company policies.
