Paycom - ATS is seeking a Clinical Staff Member for the ACT team in Brooklyn, NY. The role provides psychiatric and medical assessment, treatment, and ongoing nursing care, aligning with regulatory standards and collaborative care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, documentation within 48 hours, and community-based outreach to support client independence and crisis management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and NYS license.
• At least one year of experience with mentally ill populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychiatric, medical, and nursing assessments per consent and protocol.
• Administer injections and medications; monitor reactions and report concerns.
• Draw labs; record vital signs; maintain medication administration records.
• Develop treatment plans with input from the team and client.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with ACT specialists.
