Qualifications

• 3-6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales or business development
• Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets
• Experience influencing clinicians or healthcare stakeholders preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-growth environment with autonomy
• Ability to travel within assigned territory approximately 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians and clinical leaders
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners
• Manage and grow a book of existing accounts, increasing referral volume
• Execute territory plans to exceed referral growth and provider retention targets
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events and community functions
