The Center for Teacher Effectiveness is looking for facilitators, and we mean that word precisely. Not lecturers. Not slide readers. Educators who can take proven content and bring a room of skeptical teachers all the way to "okay, I am trying this tomorrow."

Our organization has trained educators in every state since 1993, over 400,000 of them so far, in classroom management, engagement, and instructional strategy. The content is field-tested and fully built. What we cannot manufacture is credibility, and that is what you bring: real years in real schools as a teacher, administrator, coach, counselor, or consultant.

This is 1099 independent contractor work with genuine flexibility. You accept the training engagements that fit your calendar and decline the ones that do not. Plenty of our facilitators hold full-time education jobs and train on release days, weekends, and summers; others are retired and treat this as their encore career.

On compensation: this role pays by the engagement, not the hour. No trainer on our team earns under $1,000 for a day of training, and many earn substantially more. Because it is commission based, what you make tracks directly with how much you deliver.
