Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience in case management working with people in recovery, mentally ill and homeless.
• Experience with tenant/landlord relationships preferred.
• Must demonstrate an understanding of The Salvation Army’s Christian mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, strength-based case-management services to housed individuals.
• Conduct assessments and formulate housing case plans.
• Teach residents about tenant rights and responsibilities.
