Job summary

Pivot Parking, LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a hands-on Parking Operations Technician to maintain and operate downtown parking facilities. You will perform daily cleaning, monitor enforcement, and assist customers while supporting the management team.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, strong problem‑solving and customer service skills, and the ability to work outdoors, lift items, and perform basic equipment repairs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm with a one‑hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and practical decision-making.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks (lifting, walking).
• Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with equipment repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Janitorial duties: daily cleaning of garages and lots, keep common areas clean, report issues.
• Parking Enforcement: monitor activity, issue warnings or citations, assist with customer interactions.
• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on parking equipment, report major issues.
• Lot Attendant Duties: oversee facilities, assist customers, ensure safety and welcoming environment.
• Operational Support: assist management with day-to-day tasks and support special projects.
