Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sterile Processing Specialist to support surgical procedures by managing and maintaining OR equipment. You will work with surgeons, OR staff, and biomedical teams to ensure equipment readiness and adherence to policy.

Role demands knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures, plus the ability to troubleshoot in high-pressure situations. Travel within the region may be required, with potential overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• CRCST certification within 6 months of hire and annual renewal.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Record and report data metrics monthly and maintain account information.
• Provide coverage on shifts, including on-call, overnight and weekends as needed.
• Comply with HIPAA and hospital policies and procedures.
