Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in thought leader liaison, field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, and relevant medical/clinical experience.
• Experience in hematology/oncology markets strongly preferred; lung cancer knowledge beneficial.
• Expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Launch experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic discussions to gather insights from assigned thought leaders in the geography.
• Conduct discussions on on-label product information and disease state.
• Coordinate thought leader engagements for conferences and day-to-day business.
• Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography.
• Build relationships with established and emerging thought leaders.
• Support speaker bureau buildout, including speaker identification and logistics.
• Share insights with Marketing and other functions to inform brand strategy and opportunities.
• Translate national strategies into regional execution and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support regional/national advisory board planning and select thought leader participants.
• Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies, regulations, and compliance guidelines.
