Job summary

Myriad Genetics seeks an Oncology Sales Consultant in Utah to drive uptake of oncology genetic testing. This field-based role requires daily travel to meet oncology providers and support cancer genetics programs.

You will represent hereditary cancer testing, tumor profiling and companion diagnostics, expanding Myriad’s oncology portfolio with strategic physician engagement and territory planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Executive in specialist or consultative sales.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in genetics, molecular biology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of medical sales experience, ideally in oncology, diagnostics, or genetic testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive utilization of oncology genetic testing solutions by increasing sample submissions in the assigned territory.
• Engage oncology-focused physician offices (e.g., medical/surgical/gynecologic oncologists) and supporting cancer genetics programs.
• Implement and execute approved sales and marketing strategies to promote the oncology portfolio.
• Promote relevant oncology products during customer interactions with comprehensive territory coverage.
• Maintain a target cadence of providers within a defined routing cycle.
• Travel daily within the territory to meet providers and support clinical teams.
