Job summary

Myriad Genetics is seeking an Oncology Sales Consultant dedicated to expanding our precision oncology and hereditary testing portfolio. You will drive adoption, build deep clinical relationships, and deliver evidence-based education to oncology providers in a field-based role within your territory.

You will educate providers on germline and genomic tests, integrate them into patient care pathways, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product adoption.

Qualifications

• Education and location requirements: field-based role reside within assigned territory.
• 12+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or related healthcare sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in competitive markets and drive adoption in complex healthcare environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50–75%).

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead-generation.
• Apply a consultative approach to identify customer needs and close business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key oncology accounts.
• Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals.
• Deliver presentations on Myriad hereditary and precision oncology solutions to clinicians.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and other teams to support product adoption.
• Monitor competitive activity and provide insights to improve strategy and execution.
