Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
• Ability to take on larger roles and work collaboratively
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel by air or car; valid driver's license and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local needs
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and admins
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise in compliant engagements
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and analytics
• Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction
