Job summary

Nurami Medical seeks a Clinical Specialist to support ArtiFascia adoption in priority neurosurgery accounts across the US. This field-based, 80% travel role educates surgeons, nurses, and OR staff through hands-on training and clinical support.

You will partner with distributors and commercial leaders to drive account strategies, attend conferences, and guide clients through approval processes. Strong clinical knowledge of neurosurgery is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant undergraduate degree. RN or LPN designation desired, or equivalent healthcare practitioner or industry experience.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role or working inside hospitals.
• Proven track record of hospital-based sales success, ideally within neurosurgery or surgical device markets.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HCP relationships across specialties, including nursing, surgeons, and other OR staff.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Strong clinical knowledge of neurosurgery field, specifically cranial procedures.
• Willingness to collaborate with marketing to keep competitor insights and the competitive database current.
• This is field-based role requiring roughly 80% travel.

Responsibilities

• Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff through practical product training and clinical support.
• Partner with distributor reps and area/regional managers to execute account strategies and drive ArtiFascia adoption.
• Design and lead clinical training programs for priority and KOL accounts to deepen product knowledge and support growth objectives.
• Deliver sales presentations and client training sessions, supporting distributor reps and fellow territory managers as needed.
• Represent Nurami Medical at conferences and professional meetings, including CNS, AANS, and regional neurosurgical societies to promote ArtiFascia within specialized associations.
• Guide clients through the VAC/contractual approval process and support RFP and GPO submissions (e.g., Premier).
• Act as a clinical resource for the Marketing team during product development and launches.
• Maintain a high level of clinical, market, and product knowledge.
• Operate within defined budgets and in line with company policy.
• Complete administrative tasks: CRM updates, KOL tracker maintenance, and expense reporting — accurately and on time.
• Take part in special projects as needed.
