Job summary

Terumo Neuro is seeking an Associate/Specialist, Field Clinical in Indianapolis to deliver technical, clinical, and educational support for all Terumo Neuro products. You will conduct trainings and provide case support to physicians and hospital staff, collaborating with the North American sales team to enhance product outcomes.

The role requires travel to hospitals for clinical case coverage, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and iPad devices to maintain documentation

Qualifications

• Technical, associate, or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Angio-Suite interventional procedures, neuro endovascular therapies preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with MV associates and customers
• Moderate computer and iPad skills with MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case support to physicians and hospital staff for neurovascular procedures
• Facilitate educational and technical trainings for physicians and hospital staff
• Collaborate with North American Sales team for product evaluations and clinician education
• Develop understanding of Terumo Neuro products in neurovascular procedures
• Support evaluations of new products through education and clinical case support
• Complete administrative tasks including trunk stock scans and expense reports
