Job summary

Partners for Christian Media, Inc. is seeking a Development & Ministry Outreach Officer to grow major donor relationships, deepen church partnerships, and expand ministry support. This field-based role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, personal communication, and strategic fundraising initiatives.

The successful candidate will steward donors, develop event sponsorships, and collaborate with ministry teams to share the Gospel and advance PCM's mission across Tennessee and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, development, major gifts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term donor relationships.
• Experience coordinating church relations or ministry partnerships welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned portfolio of major donors and prospective donors.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, calls, and personalized outreach.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities for major gifts, sponsorships, and capital initiatives.
• Strengthen church partnerships and represent PCM at ministry events.
• Plan and execute donor events, travel, and stewardship activities.
• Track donor information and follow up to deepen engagement.
