Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in advancement, a track record of building systems, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed. Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advancement, development, and fundraising experience.
• 3+ years in nonprofit/church/education environment.
• Experience building a development team and systems; manages major donor portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor advancement team to achieve funding goals.
• Engage board, volunteers, donors, staff, and students to build relationships.
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed.
