• 10+ years of donor development or direct-response fundraising experience.
• Built and scaled large donor or membership bases in comparable nonprofit/ministry settings.
• Proven success across the donor lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Strong alignment with Christian values; faith-based/ministry experience preferred.
• Proficient with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital, social, search, and email to grow the partner base.
• Own content strategy and editorial calendar across partner channels—email, direct mail, digital, social, video, and print.
• Build, manage, and optimize the full donor journey from first touch to active partnership.
• Drive lifecycle campaigns: acquisition, retention, and reactivation with data-driven segmentation.
• Lead Partner Relations and Ministerial Relations teams to ensure coordinated, high-touch engagement for key partners.
• Establish moves-management framework for high-value partners and manage budget/resource allocation.
