Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in the GA/AL region. This field-based role focuses on scientific exchange, building relationships with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers, and supporting the medical strategy in psychiatry.

The MSL will engage in data generation, HEOR discussions, and research facilitation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliant scientific communication across external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (MD/PhD/PharmD, etc.) and 3–5 years of MSL or clinical practice experience.
• Current MSL or clinical practice experience in psychiatry, mental health, or schizophrenia.
• Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research TLs/HCPs and access stakeholders within a geography.
• Effectively present information to TLs/HCPs with medical accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Assess the medical landscape and stay updated on treatment strategies, HEOR, trials and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives and ISR.
• Attend medical congresses and local meetings; convey insights to internal teams.
