Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to advance scientific exchange with Thought Leaders and healthcare providers in psychiatry within a defined U.S. geography.

The MSL will support education, data generation, and research activities to improve patient access to medicines. The role requires an advanced degree in medical or biosciences and 3–5 years of MSL or clinical practice experience, with strong English communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of MSL or clinical practice experience.
• Current MSL or clinical practice experience in psychiatry, mental health or schizophrenia.
• Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for peer-to-peer engagement.
• Travel to the field within the territory is required; driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with TLs and HCPs in the territory.
• Engage in scientific exchange to support patient access to medicines.
• Present scientific data and respond to technical questions with accuracy and compliance.
• Support clinical trial activities and investigator-sponsored research where applicable.
• Attend medical congresses and regional meetings to disseminate insights.
