Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical/biosciences required (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, PA-C, etc.).
• Minimum 3–5 years of MSL or clinical practice experience.
• Current MSL or clinical practice experience in psychiatry or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Identify medical needs within defined geography and engage with TLs/HCPs.
• Develop geography-specific Field Medical plans and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide medical updates and training to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Support Interventional and Non-Interventional Research and site feasibilities.
• Serve as medical resource for external stakeholders and facilitate research.
