Job summary

Br istol Myers Squibb seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Neuropsychiatry to drive scientific exchange and support research in CT, Western MA, RT, and VT. You will build relationships with Thought Leaders and HCPs, present data, and help shape medical strategies across geography.

The role requires advanced medical training and 3–5 years MSL or clinical practice experience in psychiatry, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, ethics, and ongoing knowledge update.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.) AND a minimum 3-5 years of MSL or clinical practice experience
• Current MSL or clinical practice experience in psychiatry, mental health or schizophrenia with proven relationships
• Knowledge of clinical trial design, HEOR concepts, and healthcare landscape

Responsibilities

• Identify medical needs in a defined geography and engage TLs/HCPs in scientific exchange
• Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders and healthcare providers
• Contribute to medical plan development and field medical programs
• Provide medical support at promotional meetings and participate in congress activities
• Support clinical trial activities, site feasibility, and ISR processes
