Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate in the Sports Medicine specialty to support sales, promotion and education of our products. You will train with Sales Representatives, tailor messages to customers, and help select appropriate products based on needs. The role offers field-based activities and potential travel to customer facilities.

Must have a B.A./B.S. and 0-2 years in outside sales; in-field training and product training completion are required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferable).
• Field sales training—in field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in sales, promotion and marketing of Stryker products.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product usage, functionality and updates.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and queries.
