Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sports Medicine Sales Representative to be the face of our Sports Medicine products. You will lead sales pitches, demo meetings, and collaborate with cross-divisional reps to reach strategic goals.

You will educate clinicians on product use and participate in trade shows and field activities to grow market share. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of outside sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to drive.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in outside sales (medical fields preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of commercial sales/medical field experience.
• Must be able to drive a automobile.
• Confident communicators, charismatic networkers, strategic closers, trusted partners, competitive achievers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products to help patients recover.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage and maintenance.
• Participate in trade shows, analyze market territory, negotiate prices and terms.
