Lantheus is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Leader to partner with providers, IDTFs, and hospitals to secure favorable portfolio access. The role supports the broader market access strategy and plays a key part in site setup for new products, including radioligand therapy launches.

The position focuses on monitoring payer policies, shaping access strategies, and ensuring coverage for current and future Lantheus products.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of US payer market and both commercial and public payers.
• Experience implementing market access strategies and coordinating with internal teams.
• Ability to educate customers on services and manage reimbursement issues.
• Field-based role with strong self-starting capabilities and travel.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Market Access Leaders.
• Serve as subject matter expert to address access and reimbursement issues.
• Provide education, reimbursement support, and problem-solving to customers.
• Educate on Lantheus Link services and offerings.
• Support patient referrals from submission to scan completion.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with strategic messaging.
