Job summary

Lantheus, a radiopharmaceutical leader, seeks an Associate Director, Market Access Leader in the United States to partner with providers and IDTFs to advance market access. You will drive payer strategies, support product adoption ahead of launches, and shape access by monitoring payer policy and market conditions.

The role emphasizes strategic stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and a willingness to travel 60%+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coverage, coding, payment, and policy experience in diagnostics/pharma.
• Hub model experience preferred.
• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or diagnostics is a plus.
• Solid understanding of US payer market (commercial and public payers).
• Field-based role; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel ~60%+.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to address access and reimbursement issues.
• Provide education and reimbursement support to territory customers.
• Educate customers on Lantheus Link services.
• Support patient referrals from submission to scan completion.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with appropriate messaging.
• Coordinate resolution of reimbursement issues with internal teams and centers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to reach goals.
• Report to Head of Market Access Leaders.
