Job summary

Lantheus is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Leader to partner with referring providers, IDTFs and hospitals to secure favorable portfolio access and support Lantheus’ market access strategy. The role is field-based and will drive access strategies while facilitating site adoption for upcoming launches including first radioligand therapy.

This position demands strong business acumen, payer knowledge across commercial/public payers, and proven ability to develop territory plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coverage, coding, payment, and policy experience in diagnostics/pharma.
• Hub-model experience preferred.
• Experience with radiopharmaceuticals, imaging or diagnostics access/reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Prevent and address access and reimbursement issues as SME.
• Educate customers on Lantheus Link services and offerings.
• Support patient referrals from submission to scan completion.
• Develop and execute territory business plans and messaging.
