Qualifications

• Coverage, coding, payment and policy experience in the diagnostics/biotech/pharma industry.
• Hub model experience preferred.
• Access and reimbursement experience in radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or diagnostics preferred.
• Solid understanding of the US payer market with commercial and public payers.
• Field-based role; travel 60%+; self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with referring providers, IDTFs and hospitals to secure favorable access for current and future products.
• Monitor market conditions and payer policies to inform access strategies.
• Shape and execute market access plans in collaboration with the broader team.
• Support site setup for new product launches and radiopharmaceuticals adoption.
