Job summary

Circle K is seeking a General Service Worker to support store operations by performing preventative and general maintenance on store equipment and facilities. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently or in a team, with occasional overnight travel for special projects.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong troubleshooting skills, and working knowledge of general construction and building maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload without direct supervision on a daily basis.
• Team player with a professional demeanor.
• HVAC, refrigeration, and convenience store equipment knowledge a plus.
• Experience repairing restaurant equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general and preventative maintenance on store equipment and building.
• Performs light carpentry, minor electrical repairs, floor, restroom, and door repairs.
• Completes painting and pressure washing to maintain store image.
• Participates in field visits and meetings as requested.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
• Follows company policies and completes other duties as assigned.
