Job summary

You will perform light carpentry, minor electrical repairs, painting, pressure washing, and other tasks to keep facilities in good condition. Overnight travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of general construction and building maintenance.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload without direct supervision on a daily basis.

• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and preventative maintenance on building and other convenience-store equipment at assigned stores.
• Light carpentry, minor electrical repairs, floor repairs, restroom repairs, pothole patching, hanging signage, door repairs, locks, etc.
• Performs pressure washing, painting, and other related work on store assets to maintain a high image standard.
• Completes special projects as requested by management.
• Participates in field visits and meetings as requested by management.
• Promptly communicates with internal and external customers.
• Follows company and department policies and procedures.
• Completes other duties as assigned by management that support the area.
• Some overnight travel may be requested to support projects.
