Job summary

GRT Rubber seeks a sales-focused professional to manage the lightweight belting product line and grow both new and existing accounts across the assigned territory. You will develop strategies, build relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users, and lead commercial efforts for new products.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, coordinating with engineering and production, tracking deliveries, and supporting market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field.
• Ability to generate quotes and manage pricing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new lightweight belting sales and grow current customers.
• Make regular customer contact to achieve sales goals.
• Process distributor and customer requests and prepare pricing/discounts.
• Coordinate with engineering and departments on product development and issues.
• Turn quotes into orders and track lead times with production.
• Travel to customer facilities and conduct training as needed.
