Job summary

Abbott seeks a Regional Leadless Specialist to drive adoption of leadless CRM technology. This field-based role covers Boston, MA, Springfield, MA, and Hartford, CT, working with physicians, nurses and hospitals to promote and implement leadless pacing solutions.

You will provide procedural support, educate healthcare teams, stay current with clinical data, and contribute to market expansion while traveling up to 50% of the time. Abbott values collaboration and rigorous clinical insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years clinical medical device experience, ideally CRM products.
• Strong ability to analyze complex devices and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and clinicians on leadless pacing indications and patient selection.
• Provide procedural support and ensure best practices for outcomes.
• Support Abbott personnel through education and training activities.
• Monitor clinical data and communicate updates for leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate programs to expand therapy access and market presence.
• Prepare written and verbal communications for internal/external stakeholders.
• Travel as needed to customer sites and training events.
